Cancellation Policy

1. SaaS Subscriptions

Customers may cancel their SaaS subscription at any time.

Cancellation stops the subscription from renewing for the next billing period.

Cancellation of an active monthly or annual subscription does not terminate access immediately unless otherwise specified.

Customers can generally continue using the paid Service until the end of the current billing period.

Subscription fees for the current paid period are not refundable, subject to applicable law and the Refund Policy.

2. Free Trial

Customers may stop using or cancel a Free Trial at any time.

If a Free Trial is not converted into a paid subscription, access will end when the applicable trial period expires.

3. Custom Development Projects

Cancellation of custom development projects is governed by the applicable proposal, quotation, agreement, or Statement of Work. If a Customer requests cancellation after work has commenced:

• Acadnox may stop further work;
• amounts already due for completed or commenced work remain payable;
• cancellation may be subject to the specific terms agreed for the project.

4. Automation & Workflow Projects

One-time automation and workflow projects may be cancelled according to the applicable project agreement.

Work already completed or commenced may remain chargeable after cancellation.

5. How to Request Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be submitted through the Customer’s account, designated support channel, or official Acadnox communication channel.

Customers should provide sufficient account or project details to allow Acadnox to process the request.
