Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. SaaS Subscriptions

Acadnox SaaS Products may be offered on monthly or annual subscription plans.

Subscription fees are payable 100% upfront for the selected billing period.

A 15-day free trial may be provided for eligible products or plans.

Once a paid subscription begins, the subscription fee is non-refundable for the remaining portion of the active billing period.

Customers may cancel or choose not to renew their subscription for the next billing period.

Cancellation does not automatically result in a refund for the current paid period.

2. Free Trial

During the free trial, no refund is applicable because no subscription payment has been made.

At the end of the trial, continued access may require purchase of a paid subscription.

3. Custom Software Development

Custom software development projects are governed by the applicable proposal, quotation, agreement, or Statement of Work.

Advance and milestone payments are generally non-refundable once the corresponding work has commenced.

If a Customer cancels a project after work has started, amounts already paid may not be refundable.

Any approved refund will depend on the project agreement and the work completed up to the cancellation date.

4. Automation & Workflow Services

For one-time automation or workflow projects:

Payments made for completed or commenced work are generally non-refundable.

Cancellation terms may be specified in the applicable proposal or agreement.

Third-party costs already incurred on behalf of the Customer may not be refundable.

5. Exceptional Refunds

Acadnox may, at its sole discretion, approve a refund in exceptional circumstances.

Any approved refund will be processed through the original payment method where reasonably possible and may be subject to applicable payment-provider processing timelines.

6. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude or restrict any refund, cancellation, consumer, or other statutory right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
